Monday 10am with George (UK time)
A class suitable for all abilities. A great way to start the week!
Pilates is an exercise system that focuses on control length and flow of movements . Great for rehabilitation and improvement of postural muscles.
George has been teaching Pilates for over 18 years, having taught throughout the UK in both community and professional dance settings.
Our last class for this block will be on the 21st September. Class will resume on the 12th October.
Thursday 11am with George (UK time)
A fun, relaxed class suitable for people with some ballet experience.
Ballet online a classical dance delivered with modern methods. Each class focuses on a different aspect of ballet technique with particular emphasis on strength in the pelvis and lower body.
Our last class for this block will be on the 24th September. Class will resume on the 15th October.
