These classes take place at UCLan Dance, Media Factory, Kirkham St, Preston PR1 1JN
Classes are supported by students from UCLan Dance and each session is followed by tea, coffee and biscuits.

FULWOOD MOVES PODCAST SERIES
A morning of walking, gentle exercise, dance and creativity with Fulwood Library ran over 15 weeks. This project has now come to an end but we're looking forward to developing our wellbeing walk and movement classes with other libraries in Lancashire.
10am Warm up walk: An opportunity for fresh air and conversation led by our artistic team. Staring and finishing at the library.
11.30am Dance hub: A gentle dance and movement session. Taking inspiration from poetry, books, music and our warm up walk.
Making Connections
A unique collaboration between the L'Arche Preston, UCLan Dance students, Lisa Simpson Inclusive Dance and LPM.
This project brought together dancers with and without disabilities to discover dance, choreography and collaboration. Workshops will be led by UCLan's Kerstin Wellhofer, Lisa Simpson, Helen Gould and George Adams.
