Description
Join Helen for a series of three contemporary classes. The classes will draw on Helen’s interest in rhythm, imagery, our connection to our environment and to those around us. Helen will integrate guided improvisation, set phrases and collective choreography.
Classes take place at The Gregson Centre, Lancaster from 6pm-7.15pm.
