Join Helen for a warm, friendly and elevating dance class for people living with neurological conditions, and their friends and family. The class incorporates a variety of dance styles and eclectic music. It can be done seated or standing and is suitable for all abilities.
The class starts with a seated warm-up, gradually leading to exercises that can take us to standing (optional).
Please note there is no class on the 4th of December.
