Join Helen for a warm, friendly, and uplifting dance class for people living with neurological conditions and their friends and family. The class incorporates a variety of dance styles and eclectic music. It can be done seated or standing and is suitable for all abilities.
The class starts with a seated warm-up, gradually leading to exercises that can take us to standing (optional).
There is no class on the 29th of October
