Description
A warm and friendly class for people living with neurological conditions, their friends and family.
This Neuro-Moves class is led by Helen Gould and Corinne Tams at Cleveleys Community Centre, Kensington Road, Thornton Cleveleys.
The session can be taken seated or standing. We start with a seated warm-up, gradually leading to exercises that can take us to standing.
Classes incorporate a variety of music, dance styles and breath work.
Wednesday 10.30 am 1.15 hr | £3.50 (FREE IN DECEMBER)
Payments can be made online or in person on the day.
