For dancers and teaching artists new to working with people with Parkinson’s.

This two-day in-person course offers a comprehensive introduction, exploring how dance supports people living with neurological conditions, including Parkinson’s. The training is underpinned by an extensive body of research demonstrating the significant benefits of dance for people living with Parkinson’s.

Course Leaders: Dr Mel Brierley and Helen Gould

Helen and Mel have worked extensively in this field as practitioners and trainers. Through this training, they will share the depth of their experience, research-informed knowledge and practical skills to strengthen practice across the sector.
